Not satisfied with your order?
We'd like to know what we can do better.

You can return your order unused within 14 days of receipt, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We'll confirm the photo, and in most cases, we can resolve your issue without a refund. We'll ensure your money is refunded to your account within five working days of receiving your order, or have a photo confirmed by our customer service team.

Returns by mail

You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund if it was delivered to a parcel center near you.

Note:  Products purchased as part of a value or promotional package cannot be returned, nor can personal items (bras, cosmetics, hygiene products, etc.).

Please note that due to the nature of liquid gels and liquids, we do not accept returns.

Important! Please contact us before sending the order to our general return address: 2nd floor, Building 9, No. 887 Changchun West Rd. China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Jindong District, Jinhua, Zhejiang to ensure that your order is not excluded from return.


1. CONTACT info@alluria.de

Please contact us first by email for the return address. Since we have different distribution centers, we need to determine which center your package came from.

2. PRESENT THE DELIVERY NOTE.

Pack the product as securely as possible in the original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, always ask DHL for a tracking and tracing code when returning the package. Once you have sent the package, please contact us at info@alluria.de if you would like a refund or a different size/color.

3. Return: 

Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or parcel shop) and return your parcel.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will adjust the size/color as quickly as possible or issue a refund.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@alluria.de. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can provide you with an unconditional refund. Otherwise, the items must be returned to us once they arrive.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund for your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted.

The time it takes for your replaced product to arrive depends largely on your location.

We always recommend using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance!
